Terms of Service
Effective date: July 27, 2026 ยท Last updated: July 27, 2026
1. Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account or using AnnoyanceHub, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Community Guidelines and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
In these Terms, "AnnoyanceHub," "we," "us," "our," and "the service" refer to the AnnoyanceHub platform. For contact information, see the Contact and Legal Requests page.
2. Age and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use AnnoyanceHub. It is not directed to children under 13, and users under 13 may not create or use an account. If you are a minor where you live, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use AnnoyanceHub where required by applicable law. Accounts reasonably believed to belong to a child under 13 may be removed.
3. Account registration and security
Creating an account requires a username, a display name, an email address, and a password. Usernames may only contain letters, numbers, and underscores, and may not be email-address-shaped. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you believe your account has been compromised โ see Contact and Legal Requests.
AnnoyanceHub does not currently offer a self-service way to change your username or delete your account. See the Account Deletion section of our Privacy Policy for how to request account deletion.
4. Public usernames and public content
Your username, display name, avatar, posts, comments, and public profile statistics are visible to anyone who uses AnnoyanceHub, including people who are not logged in. Do not post anything publicly that you don't want to be public. Your email address, password, and account activity beyond what's described above are not shown publicly โ see the Privacy Policy for the full public/private breakdown.
5. Your responsibility for what you post
You're solely responsible for what you post, comment, and otherwise submit to AnnoyanceHub. You represent that you have all rights necessary to post your content and that it doesn't violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or any applicable law.
6. Prohibited conduct
In addition to anything described as prohibited in our Community Guidelines (which this section incorporates by reference rather than repeating), you agree not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to AnnoyanceHub's systems or other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the service, including attempts to bypass rate limits or automated abuse protections; scrape or harvest data beyond normal use of the public interface; reverse-engineer the service except as permitted by law; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Ownership of your content and the license you grant us
You own the content you post to AnnoyanceHub. AnnoyanceHub does not claim ownership of your posts or comments.
By posting content, you grant AnnoyanceHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and technically modify your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
This license ends when you delete your content. After content is deleted, AnnoyanceHub may retain limited copies when reasonably necessary for backups, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement records, and with respect to content that other users have already shared or reproduced elsewhere.
AnnoyanceHub will not use identifiable posts in advertising or promotional materials without your separate permission. AnnoyanceHub does not use your content to train generative AI or machine-learning models.
8. Content moderation and removal
We may review, remove, or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without prior notice. Depending on what's reported, moderators can dismiss a report, remove a single reported comment while leaving the rest of the post in place, or remove an entire reported post, which also removes its comments and votes.
9. Account suspension
AnnoyanceHub may suspend an account for serious or repeated violations of these Terms or our Community Guidelines. A suspended account is immediately signed out of every active session and cannot sign back in until the suspension is lifted; suspending an account does not delete its existing posts or comments. If you believe an account was suspended in error, you may request reconsideration by emailing [email protected]. Review is discretionary, and we can't guarantee a particular outcome.
10. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas about AnnoyanceHub, you agree we can use them without owing you anything, and without any obligation to keep them confidential.
11. AnnoyanceHub's own intellectual property
The AnnoyanceHub name, logo, and the service's underlying software, design, and branding (apart from user-submitted content) belong to AnnoyanceHub. These Terms don't grant you any right to use AnnoyanceHub's branding except as reasonably necessary to use the service itself.
12. Third-party services
AnnoyanceHub relies on third-party infrastructure providers to operate (hosting, DNS, email delivery, error monitoring, uptime monitoring, and off-site backup storage โ see the Vendors and Service Providers section of our Privacy Policy for the current list). We aren't responsible for outages or issues caused by those providers, but we choose and monitor them carefully.
13. Service availability and changes
AnnoyanceHub is provided on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We'll try to give notice of material changes where practical, but we're not always able to.
14. Disclaimers
AnnoyanceHub is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Posts and comments are created by users and do not necessarily represent the views of AnnoyanceHub.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnnoyanceHub is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
16. Dispute resolution and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of AnnoyanceHub must be brought in an appropriate state or federal court located in Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts where permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot legally be waived.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date, and may also be communicated through the service or other appropriate channels. Continuing to use AnnoyanceHub after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
