Copyright Policy

1. Only post what you have rights to

You may only post content on AnnoyanceHub that you own, or that you have the legal right to post (for example, content licensed to you, or content that qualifies for a legal exception like fair use). Posting someone else's copyrighted work without permission may violate this policy and the law.

2. How to submit a copyright complaint

If you believe content on AnnoyanceHub infringes your copyright, you may submit a complaint to [email protected], including the information described in Section 3 below.

3. What your complaint must include

To process a complaint efficiently, please include:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific location of the allegedly infringing content on AnnoyanceHub.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email address).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

A notice missing this information may take longer to act on, or may need to be returned to you for completion.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe it was removed in error or as a result of misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

• Identification of the content that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and phone number.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Restoration

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant tells us they have filed a legal action seeking to keep it down. We aim to act on valid counter-notifications within a reasonable time.

6. Repeat infringers

AnnoyanceHub may suspend accounts involved in repeated infringement. See the Terms of Service for how account suspension works.

7. False notices

Under U.S. law, knowingly submitting a false copyright complaint or counter-notification may expose you to liability for damages. Please be sure of your claim before submitting one.

8. Copyright agent registration

AnnoyanceHub has not registered a designated copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. As a result, AnnoyanceHub does not currently claim the legal protections available to services with a registered agent under the DMCA safe harbor. Copyright complaints and counter-notifications submitted using the process described in this policy are still reviewed.
